With the purpose of ideological education, forming the right attitude in studying and working for Dai Nam University students, so that students are clearly aware and know how to take responsibility for themselves, their families, and society, and at the same time help students practice skills in writing CVs, answering interviews, and being able to integrate into the labor market immediately after graduation.

On October 14, 2016, the first class took place with the participation of students from classes IT 07-01, TCNH 07-01, XD 07-01 and QTKD 07-01.

Attending the course were Ms. Vu Hanh Hoa - CEO of HPR Human Resources Training Company, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tien - CEO of ATE Company, Founder of HPR who directly taught students, and shared with students their own experiences to achieve success. On the school side, there were Dr. Luong Cao Dong, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of the school, Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Head of Training Department along with teachers and many final year students of the Faculty of Information Technology, Finance, Construction, and Business Administration.

The Success Map course is a special training program that Dai Nam University offers to students, especially final year students. By participating in the course, students are not only trained and practiced in soft skills (such as teamwork, presentation, etc.), but students are also shared by experts on how to write a CV, answer interviews, build relationships as well as methods for students to conquer employers.
Following and participating in the class with the students from the beginning of the session, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of the School shared with the students as a father and mother: " Dai Nam University always wants to bring the best to students, hoping that after graduation, they will find a stable job. Therefore, the school has invited experts from the HPR Center to train them with the necessary knowledge and skills, so that they will no longer be confused when they stumble in life. The Success Map course is one of the provisions that teachers want to equip and help students after graduation. So I hope you will study seriously, absorb the sharing and experience from the experts."

In the class, students not only listen to the sharing and experiences from experts but also participate in activities and games that help students form and practice skills; how to build goals with Mindmap; develop themselves, overcome their emotions to achieve success... After finishing the class, Pham Van Chinh, class monitor of TCNH 07-01, happily shared with teacher Nguyen Thi Huong Lan: "It's great, teacher! A very useful course for us final year students. Listening to the experiences of experts, exercising, participating in games to draw lessons for ourselves, the Success Map class has helped me and many other students define more clearly our goals after graduation and I know what I need to prepare to be able to conquer employers".

Le Viet Hoang, class QTKD 07-01, felt more confident after attending the class. Hoang shared, “As a senior student and also a volunteer student team leader, I always want to be brave, confident in presenting in front of a crowd, convincing listeners, and especially confident in overcoming challenges from employers. And I believe I will do well in those things when I attend the Success Map class.”

Not only bringing useful accumulations to students, the successful map class has also helped young lecturers at Dai Nam gain more lessons and experiences. Mr. Phan Ton Nam Son, a trainee lecturer of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, shared, “Participating in the Successful Map class, I and many students have heard the honest sharing and experiences of scholars to achieve success. As a trainee lecturer, through the class, I see that I need to try harder, improve my knowledge and skills. Thank you to the school's leadership for creating conditions for lecturers and students to participate in such free and useful courses.”

With the goal of training students to graduate with a solid knowledge base, proficient skills, and meet the requirements of employers, Dai Nam University regularly organizes training courses. Success Map is one of many such Sciences. On October 20, 26 and November 14 of the following weeks, the next Success Map classes will continue to take place with the participation of students from the remaining Faculties.
