The project is built with a beautiful, harmonious design, suitable for the overall architecture of the school, from the environmental landscape (lawn, trees, playground, walkways...) to the adjacent works (canteen, stadium, physical education room...). Underneath the gentle appearance, the inside of the dormitory is fully equipped, closed like a fully furnished apartment. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, hot and cold water, bunk beds, wardrobes, desks... to best serve the needs of studying, living and resting of students.
In particular, each room can accommodate up to 8 people, the room rental price is only 400,000 VND/month/student for rooms with air conditioning and 300,000 VND/month/student for rooms without air conditioning. The dormitory room rental price is reasonable, stable and does not increase, helping students feel secure in studying.

After more than 15 years of operation, Hacinco Student Village now has a high-quality rental housing fund to meet the needs of many customers such as: Vietnamese students, foreign students, and graduate students. The apartment is applicable to Vietnamese students with the unit price: 600,000 VND/person/month.
