Always keeping in mind “follow your passion, success will follow you”, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration and Secretary of the Youth Union of Dai Nam University always tries her best for teaching as well as the Youth Union activities of the University. For her, Dai Nam University is a part of her brilliant youth with many valuable experiences that help her improve and mature every day.
Always keeping in mind “follow your passion, success will follow you”, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration and Secretary of the Youth Union of Dai Nam University always tries her best for teaching as well as the Youth Union activities of the University. Ever felt overwhelmed and overwhelmed with the "hot seat"
Sharing about her “fate” with Dai Nam University, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy confided: “Fate or fate is just a way of speaking, but a career is something you choose , with a clear plan and goal. Ever since I was in college, looking at my teachers, I have longed to become a lecturer standing on the podium one day. This is the motivation for me to try hard to study, practice and realize my dream . ”
After working at the school for 2 years, the young lecturer has proven her ability by winning the affection of her colleagues, the trust of her students and being entrusted by the Board of Directors with the important responsibility of Secretary of the School Youth Union. “At that time, people often jokingly called the position of Secretary of the School Youth Union the “hot seat” . And it was really hot. I used to feel overwhelmed, caught up in the dense chain of activities of the School… ”
It is known that when she was a student, Ms. Thuy held key positions in the University Youth Union and Student Association. However, according to Ms. Thuy, that seat was only "warm" until she took on the role of Secretary of the Youth Union of Dai Nam University, she truly knew what a "hot seat" was.
Besides teaching activities, cultural activities and movements are considered the "soul" of the university. However, not all universities are aware of this to pay proper attention to cultural activities and movements. At Dai Nam University, cultural activities and movements for staff, lecturers and students are always given attention by the University, organized in a systematic and professional manner. The success of cultural activities and movements has contributed to the formation of DAI NAM CULTURE , becoming the red thread connecting nearly 500 staff and more than 17,000 students with the same will and determination.
“ A school year has 10 months, with 6 major activities, on average every 1.5 months there is a major activity, not to mention other medium and small movement activities . Just listing them like that is enough to see how “ hot ” it is … ” Ms. Thuy shared .

Events are held regularly throughout the school year, such as: Opening Ceremony - Welcoming new students, Celebrating the school's founding day and welcoming Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20, a series of events celebrating the founding day of the Youth Union March 26... and the Closing Ceremony of the school year. In addition, the Youth Union of Dai Nam University also regularly organizes competitions on intelligence, beauty, exchanges, connections, and twinning with outside units.

Always keeping in mind “follow your passion, success will follow you”, the young girl always tries her best for her teaching work as well as the Union activities at Dai Nam University – the school she believes has entrusted her beautiful youth. “ I often tell my students that you should just dedicate yourself, just show your best while you are still in university, because this is where you will have many opportunities in the future. I always remember the words of President JFKenedy and then go into the song Youth Aspiration “Don’t ask what the country has done for you, but ask what you have done for the country today… ”

But then I tell myself, “Just follow your passion, success will follow you. ”

“ Students of Dai Nam University are very individualistic. Whatever they like and are passionate about, they will do it no matter how difficult it is. Whatever they don’t like, they will express very strongly. To understand students, you have to be close to them. During the process of participating in teaching in class, I have briefly surveyed the needs and desires of students to understand them better. Besides, I also connect with the Youth Union units at other universities to learn and refer to good programs to create playgrounds for my students when I return to my school , ” Ms. Thuy shared.
The activities of the Youth Union of Dai Nam University over the past 10 years have always strived towards the goal of changing the mindset and improving the personality of students through events with profound educational and humanistic meanings.
Dai Nam University Youth has demonstrated its maturity with confidence, creativity, intelligence and enthusiasm.
