To meet the high demands of the labor market, the Faculty has proposed to change the graduation assessment method. Instead of writing and defending a graduation thesis on the podium, final year students will have to apply all the knowledge they have learned during their 4 years to run a soft skills experience program for high school students at the same school they attended.

It has been proven that the innovative graduation program has initially achieved encouraging successes. Typically, in 2018, it created a big buzz from the "soft skills extracurricular program for 200 - 300 students". Following that success, in 2019, the 9th course of the Faculty of Business Administration, with 8 participating groups, continued to implement the program for 3 months (starting from February) attracting nearly 10,000 students from high schools in Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, and Hanoi.

Vu Thi Ngoc - Lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration shared : "Business Administration students will have to apply all the knowledge and skills they have been equipped with in 4 years to create an "event" program. The students themselves will have to be the ones to carry out everything from negotiating with schools to be able to implement the program, to planning, preparing and operating, financial management, time management, project management, risk management..."

Students have great experiences when successfully organizing their programs.

The greatest wish of the teachers is that after 4 years of hard work, the students will have enough confidence to embark on a new journey full of challenges but also full of excitement waiting ahead. " The results that the students get are not simply about whether they successfully defend their graduation thesis or not, but also about extremely meaningful lessons. In the process of working together, they learn how to harmonize interests, resolve disagreements within the group, and how to communicate and behave with external relationships. Learn how to be a leader, an administrator, combining science and art to achieve their goals most effectively , " said Master Pham Van Minh - Deputy Head of Training Department, Head of Faculty of Business Administration.
