Students of Dai Nam University organized a Soft Skills experience program for 3,000 high school students.

In order to create a learning environment and practice skills for students before graduation, the Faculty of Business Administration of Dai Nam University has implemented a graduation program for final year students through organizing soft skills experience activities for high school students.
In order to create a learning environment and practice skills for students before graduation, the Faculty of Business Administration of Dai Nam University has implemented a graduation program for final year students through organizing soft skills experience activities for high school students.
During 4 years of study at the school, students majoring in Business Administration are taught 135 soft skills lessons on very basic skills such as self-awareness skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, presentation skills, leadership skills, and thinking to get rich... Through their graduation papers, Dai Nam students can apply the knowledge and skills they have been equipped with to organize teambuilding programs and emotional experiences for nearly 3,000 high school students. Thereby, they can assert themselves in their jobs, demonstrate their knowledge and skills to the whole society, and affirm the superiority of the school's training program.
In this graduation activity, all Business Administration students of course 8 were divided into 10 groups, each group of 6-8 students implemented a soft skills training program for 200-300 students at a high school they attended. The training was implemented in 10 high schools in Nam Dinh, Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Hoa Binh and Yen Bai.

Business Administration students are very excited, enthusiastic and responsible for the innovation initiatives of the faculty leadership. Before each program, they enthusiastically contacted the high schools they attended, prepared the program content and tools with great enthusiasm. After each program, there were many feelings of pride and honor about the program that they had devoted their hearts to for many months. The students participated in activities with their seniors with eagerness, enthusiasm and gave their all, played their best, and never gave up. They experienced many team games that were extremely meaningful for their future lives. Bringing them laughter and extremely meaningful gifts.

The emotional stories of the students of Dai Nam University, who were former students of the high school the group was visiting, the wishes of parents for their children, the stories of poor students overcoming difficulties, students with serious illnesses with extraordinary determination to strive, helped the students have more motivation to study, practice and love their parents and teachers more, touched the hearts and brought many tears to the program participants.
