With the innovation in lecture content and Soft Skills (SSL) learning time, on October 22, 2016, the SSL1 Training Camp for students of Course 10, Dai Nam University took place at Phu Lam campus, providing students with skills, experiences, and interesting and meaningful lessons, helping students overcome their emotions and assert themselves.

The KNM training camp is a new form of soft skills learning proposed and organized by the KNM Department, Faculty of Business Administration with the aim of reducing the number of theoretical hours in class, replacing them with practical hours, creating a different highlight in the training of the School in general and soft skills training in particular for students.
In the 2015-2016 school year, the KNM1 Training Camp began teaching students of Course 9 and received positive feedback from students; helping K9 students have the opportunity to understand, bond with each other, and integrate into the school's learning environment. The training camp also helps students become self-aware; experience and improve personal skills; create excitement and motivation to study. However, the KNM1 Training Camp, 2015-2016 took place for two consecutive days, causing pressure and fatigue for new students. Moreover, the large number of students led to more difficulty in controlling students, reducing training effectiveness.
Therefore, in the 2016-2017 school year, the KNM1 Training Camp has been adjusted to bring students a comfortable state and better skills acquisition. The KNM1 Camp for students of Course 10, school year 2016-2017 only takes place in one day, including 10 hours of training: 4 hours in the morning, 4 hours in the afternoon and 2 hours in the evening, equivalent to 9 periods in class. The training camp will be divided into 3 training sessions, taking place on Saturdays. Session 1, on Saturday, October 22, is for students of Pharmacy 10-01, Pharmacy 10-02 and IT 10-04; Session 2, on Saturday, October 29, is for students of the Faculty of Public Administration, Faculty of Tourism, Construction, English, Finance and Banking, Economic Law 10-02 and Pharmacy 10-03; Phase 3, November 5, for students of QTKD 10-03, KT 10-03, Pharmacy 10-04 and Pharmacy 10-05.

Instead of sitting in class with nearly 40 lessons, students can study with teachers and friends at the KNM Training Camp. At the training camp, students learn skills through games to develop themselves. Each game is a lesson for students, helping students to be braver, more confident and united. From there, they will have a correct perception of themselves; discover their dreams and set life and career goals; discover their potential and passion to achieve success...

The game “Toss the Stick” requires the whole group to agree on an idea.
In the "Cooperation" section with games: Tossing sticks, Conquering the peak of 30, Mute people assembling pictures, Firefighters and pedaling numbers, students learn to unite, join forces, unify ideas in the whole group to complete the game, overcome emotions, develop themselves, and determine goals in life.

Each game is a lesson in courage, solidarity, and team spirit.
Student Duong Thi My Duyen, class 10-01 Pharmacy, shared: “ This is the first time I have participated in a training camp like this, it is really interesting and useful. We form groups and when we are in a group, we are all one, united and try to complete the games. A day of studying at the Training Camp is really tiring but I learned a lot of skills through the games. I have become more confident, made more friends, learned how to control my emotions, how to work in a team…”

In the following days, students from the remaining Faculties of Course 10 will continue to participate in the KNM1 Training Camp at Dai Nam University, Phu Lam, Ha Dong .
