SMILE 2GETHER Contest – A place to "freeze" beautiful moments of student life

The Faculty of Oriental Studies - Japanese major, Dai Nam University organized the online yearbook photo voting contest "SMILE 2GETHER" with a total prize of up to 300,000,000 million VND and many attractive prizes from the Organizing Committee.

I. Exam time:

• Receive exam papers: from 12:00 on June 8, 2020 to 24:00 on June 26, 2020.
• Online voting: from 12:00 on June 28, 2020 to 17:00 on July 18, 2020.
• Results announcement: Sunday morning, July 19, 2020 at the Faculty of Oriental Studies Fanpage.

II. Contestants

All 12th grade students nationwide (Can compete individually or as a class)

Note: If you are a group, please send a representative to contact the Organizing Committee.

III. Method and regulations of entries

• Each individual or group participating can only submit 01 photo or 01 clip to the contest with a comment (or message to be conveyed through the photo (Clip)) for each photo (Clip).
• Participating photos or clips are photos or clips of the registrant or group registering for the contest with their teachers.

Photo regulations:

• Each photo (full HD) must be 1Mb or larger, maximum 10Mb; PNG/JPG format, no borders, no confusing text or logos;
• Save image file: Full name_School name (Example: Phung Lan Huong _Le Loi High School);
• Must ensure that they have never won any photo contests organized by Dai Nam University or other organizations;
• The content of the images or clips must comply with Vietnamese customs and laws.

Rules for photo comments:

• Write in Vietnamese with accents, maximum 250 words;
• Do not copy any content of previously published works.

IV. Evaluation and scoring criteria

Entries are posted on the official fanpage of the Faculty of Oriental Studies - Japanese major, Dai Nam University ( https://www.facebook.com/nhatbanhoc/ ) and are evaluated and awarded according to the following criteria:

• Express your feelings for teachers and school;
• Clearly express the contest theme;
• Demonstrate good composition and photography techniques;
• Good comments and suitable for the photos;
• Number of audience votes.

The results of the entries are based on the LIKE, LOVE, and SHARE results on the facebook page of the Faculty of Oriental Studies - Japanese major, Dai Nam University.

How to calculate points:

• Call on friends and relatives to like fanpage: https://www.facebook.com/nhatbanhoc
• Call on friends and relatives to LIKE, LOVE, SHARE valid contest photos (posted in the album of the Union fanpage).
  • Each LIKE is equivalent to 1 point.
  • Each LOVE is equivalent to 2 points.
  • Each public SHARE is equivalent to 3 points.
• Scoring starts when photos are posted on the contest Album.
• In case photos have the same score, the number of comments and the quality of comments will be considered.

V. Prize structure

• 01 First Prize: 10,000,000 VND and 100% scholarship for the first semester of the first year when becoming a new student of Oriental Studies - Japanese major at Dai Nam University
• 01 Second Prize: 5,000,000 VND and 50% scholarship of tuition fee for the first semester of the first year when becoming a new student of Oriental Studies - Japanese major at Dai Nam University
• 03 Third Prizes: each prize is 1,000,000 VND with 1 special gift from the Organizing Committee

Note: If the first and second prize winners are a class, the scholarship award will be 05 scholarships/class.
