Signing the Korean Entrepreneurship Education Association: Opportunity to reach out to Dai Nam University students' startup projects

Entrepreneurship and innovation (KNĐMST) is the development orientation of Dai Nam University in the new development stage, vision 2030. Accordingly, Dai Nam University students graduating from school must not only be good at their major, have solid professional skills, good foreign language and information technology skills, positive and professional attitude, but also have the spirit and mindset of entrepreneurship. To further promote that spirit, and at the same time create conditions for students' entrepreneurship projects to reach international standards, Dai Nam University has signed a cooperation agreement with the Korean Entrepreneurship Education Association.

The signing ceremony was held within the framework of the Vietnam - Korea Startup Education Forum 2024. The program was attended by guest delegates who are leaders of ministries, branches, the Korean Embassy in Vietnam, and leaders of universities in Vietnam and Korea.

Within the framework of the Forum, the Korean Association for Entrepreneurship Education signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam National Startup Support Center, the Vietnam National Innovation Center and Dai Nam University.

The "handshake" between Dai Nam University and the Korean Entrepreneurship Education Association opens up many startup opportunities for lecturers and students.

With the signed agreement, the faculty, students and startup ecosystem of Dai Nam University will have the opportunity to exchange, transfer and learn from successful startup education models in Korea in the near future. At the same time, startup projects of Dai Nam University students will also have the opportunity to develop and reach international standards.

Speaking at the Forum, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Hong - President of Dai Nam University affirmed: The school constantly promotes cooperation with businesses and start-up projects; invests systematically in educational activities and start-up incubation for students.

In particular, in July 2024, the Startup Center building will be put into use, which will be the best environment for practice, research, business incubation, and startups for generations of students.

The sharing of the representative of Dai Nam University was highly appreciated at the Forum. The delegates attending the program affirmed that Dai Nam University is on the right track and will certainly achieve many achievements in the future.

Also within the framework of the program, representatives of Vietnamese and Korean universities presented on the entrepreneurship education model that has been and is being implemented at the schools. At the same time, they proposed new initiatives and approaches that can be applied in practice. Through that, Dai Nam University has more perspectives and new directions that can be flexibly applied to further promote the school's entrepreneurship education model.
