“Secrets” to conquer exams at DNU

Opening the Workshop, Mr. Pham Van Minh - Head of the Department of Soft Skills Training and Development, Dai Nam University shared: For first-year students, university is a new learning environment; new from the environment, teaching methods, learning methods... to testing and evaluation methods. Especially, in the context of Covid-19, students have to study online at home and take exams online. This makes many students feel confused and worried. The Workshop "Tips for conquering exams at DNU" with the sharing of teachers in the Department of Soft Skills Training and Development and excellent senior students will help first-year students have an exam with the expected results...

Also at the program, Mr. Pham Van Minh especially emphasized; In addition to the requirements on knowledge, skills and attitudes, to pass the application round, create a good first impression, and "score points" with employers, candidates need to have a degree and a good transcript. Therefore, each student needs to have a suitable study method and plan from the beginning to accumulate points.

Mr. Tran Trieu Hai - Lecturer of Information Technology Department shares methods of reading documents in advance, listening to lectures, taking notes and self-studying at home.

Ms. Phan Thi Thuy - lecturer of Business Administration Faculty - ways to get high scores in oral exams.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Deputy Head of Soft Skills Training and Development Department revealed the secrets for students to do well in the Soft Skills oral exam.

In particular, K15 also received experiences from seniors in studying, reviewing and taking exams in essays, presentations, soft skills, etc.

Student Ha Duc Thinh - Human Resource Management class 13-01 shares about how to give a presentation to get a high score.

Student Hoang Hai Anh - class QHCC 13-01 shares how to write an essay to get a high score.

The workshop was very successful when 100% of the students attended until the end of the program, and continued to send questions to the Fanpage of the Faculty of Soft Skills Training and Development for support from teachers and seniors. The contents exchanged and discussed were not only related to Soft Skills but also many other subjects and different forms of exams. More than that, there was a whole group of "soft" tips when taking exams to achieve good results.
