Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Quoc Chien - Head of the Faculty of Law, Foreign Trade University, contributed his opinion that no matter what perspective the program is built from, it should maintain the four core contents of the economic law industry, which are: legal thinking method (problem approach method); contract drafting; mock trial (court, arbitration) and visiting law firms (court). If the program has some more practical learning modules (internships) at agencies/enterprises/organizations practicing law, it will create a very different highlight compared to current programs, at the same time improving the quality of training and attracting more learners.
