Sacombank is recruiting potential interns at Dai Nam University.

With the aim of equipping knowledge and providing many experiences in career orientation for students of Economics, Dai Nam University and Sacombank have coordinated to organize the talk show “Career Orientation in Banking and Finance in the New Era”. The program attracted the attention of many staff, lecturers and students in the school .

Participating in the program, on behalf of Dai Nam University, there were Dr. Le The Anh - Head of the Faculty of Finance - Banking; staff, lecturers, and students of the University's economic sector . On behalf of Sacombank, there were Mr. Pham Van Trung - Business Development Specialist, Hanoi Regional Office; Mr. Pham Tien Duy - Head of Business Department, Thuong Tin Branch.

The program is organized with the aim of providing knowledge and experience about career orientation for students majoring in Economics at Dai Nam University.

Wide career opportunities for students majoring in Finance and Banking

According to Mr. Pham Van Trung, the demand for recruiting potential interns at Sacombank is very large. He said: "In 2019 , Sacombank will recruit 800 potential interns to practice at Sacombank's transaction points nationwide for positions such as : Customer Specialist, Card Specialist, Consultant and Transaction Officer ... Outstanding students who are suitable for Sacombank's culture will have the opportunity to officially apply after the internship ends."

It is known that Sacombank currently has 566 transaction points, including 14 transaction points in Laos and Cambodia. Therefore, internship opportunities for Dai Nam University students are extremely open .

Mr. Pham Tien Duy shared : "For business positions at Sacombank, the secret to success includes 4 factors: patience; persuasiveness, clear communication; ability to 'read' customers; product knowledge".

In addition, during the talk show, representatives of Sacombank shared more information about how to write a CV and factors to pay attention to during an interview.

At the program, final year students majoring in Banking and Finance participated in the multiple choice round of the Talent Internship Program. The 17 best students were selected to participate in a direct interview at Sacombank, which will be held on the afternoon of November 22.

The talk show was organized by Dai Nam University and Sacombank with the desire to bring practical experiences to students. Arriving very early to participate in the program, Nguyen Thi Tuyen - a student of K10, majoring in Banking and Finance shared: "Through the conversation, I know more clearly the skills I need to prepare to be able to confidently go to work such as communication skills, self-training skills, teamwork skills... I will take advantage of the time before graduation to learn English as well as improve the necessary knowledge and skills".
