ORGANIZING "CITIZEN ACTIVITY WEEK" FOR GRADE 11
1. Time: from September 11 to September 16, 2017.
2. Location: 1st floor hall, Dai Nam University. Main campus, Phu Lam, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City.
3. Class assignment: Morning shift, afternoon shift
+ Morning shift: includes students from the following majors: Finance and Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Relations, Information Technology, Foreign Languages, Construction, Architecture, Tourism, and Economic Law.
+ Afternoon shift: includes Pharmacy students.
4. Participants: Leaders of units, homeroom teachers and all students of course 11.

- Thursday (September 14) and Friday (September 15): Organize input English quality classification test (detailed test schedule attached)
- On Saturday (September 16), students write their report at home and submit it to their homeroom teacher on Monday (September 18).
6. Responsibilities of units:
- The Student Management Department is primarily responsible for organizing the "Citizen Student Activity Week", monitoring and contacting reporters according to plan;
- The Administration Department prepares the Hall, Backdrop and facilities to serve the activities during the "Student Citizen Week";
- Faculties and homeroom teachers of grade 11 classes announce the plan to all students of all classes and urge students to attend fully and on time;
