Organize Dai Nam Student Fair

Pursuant to Notice No. 29 dated March 1, 2017 of the Movement Committee of Dai Nam University on organizing activities to celebrate the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The Executive Committee of the University Youth Union announces the detailed plan for the content of the Dai Nam Student Fair as follows:

I. TIME AND PLACE
1. Time: 08:00 - 20:00 March 22, 2017.
2. Location: Dai Nam University Yard - Phu Lam Campus, Ha Dong, Hanoi.
3. Officer in charge: Comrade Pham Hong Duc - Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union.
II. DETAILED CONTENT
1. Content
- Each faculty is given 01 booth by the Organizing Committee with a pre-built frame, size 4.5mx3m (arranged in alphabetical order)
- Faculties are free to trade and sell products and services, and organize games suitable for students and the specific characteristics of their professions.
- Each department is granted a budget of 2,000,000 VND by the Organizing Committee to prepare materials for business.
- Faculties must register with the Organizing Committee the list of items to be sold before March 20.
- After 8:00 p.m., the booths will be cleaned and handed over to the Organizing Committee.
2. Booth allocation and location
- Each unit will be given a booth by the Organizing Committee in the following order: Information Technology (1), Pharmacy (2), Nursing (3), Economic Law (4), Pharmacy Bridge (5), Foreign Languages (6), Accounting (7), Public Relations (8), Tourism Management (9), Business Administration (10), Banking and Finance (11), Construction - Architecture (12), Recruiting Enterprises (13), Career Guidance Club (14).
- The corresponding number is 14 camps (except for the camps recruiting businesses, BTC does not provide business funding).
