DETAILED PLAN
MV making contest for the song "Learn to change your life" and art performance

Pursuant to Notice No. 29 dated March 1, 2017 of the Movement Committee of Dai Nam University on organizing activities to celebrate the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The Executive Committee of the University Youth Union announces the detailed plan for the Content of the MV making contest for the song "Learning to change your life" and the art performance as follows:
I. TIME AND PLACE
1. Time: 18:30 – 21:00 March 22, 2017.
2. Location: Main stage of Dai Nam University - Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi.
3. Officer in charge: Comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union.
II. DETAILED CONTENT
1. Content
1.1. MV making contest
- Each faculty creates 01 MV with the purpose of promoting and popularizing the song "Learning to change your life" to participate in the clip contest and prepares a corresponding performance of the song on stage in case the MV is selected for the final night.

MV image section: are videos and images related to the school, teachers and friends of Dai Nam University.
MV audio part: is the performance of the song by the staff, lecturers and students in the faculty.

- BTC supports each faculty with 500,000 VND to make MV.
- The MVs will be posted on the school's Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/DAINAM.EDU.VN/?fref=ts ) for voting and evaluation by the Jury.
- Each Faculty will send 3 students + 1 lecturer (who will participate in making the MV) to attend training on the song "Learning to change your life" at 1:30 p.m. on March 9, 2017 and 9:00 a.m. on March 11, 2017 at Phu Lam Hall - Ha Dong.
- Encourage elaborately staged clips, mobilizing a large number of staff, lecturers and students to participate.
- Faculties must submit clips no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 15, 2017 to comrade Hoang Trang - Communications Department at email address: tranghoangbtv@gmail.com for content censorship and posting on the School's Facebook page.
- Online voting time from March 16, 2017 to 5:00 p.m. March 19, 2017 .
- How to calculate points: (1 share = 3 likes) + scoring results of the Jury.
- After the results are out, the Organizing Committee will select the 3 MVs with the highest results to participate in the live performance night.
Note:
- In case the Organizing Committee discovers any fraud in the voting results, the team will be disqualified.
- After the competition, the Organizing Committee has the full right to use the clips of the competing teams for the purpose of promoting the School's image.
1.2. Art performance
- Each faculty prepares 01 performance (group performances are encouraged) to participate in the performance, with a theme suitable for the program celebrating the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Union .
- Deadline for registration of performance is 5:00 p.m. on March 13, 2017.
- Rehearsal time: 14:00 March 21, 2017 at the Great Hall - Dai Nam University - Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi.
