After days of dramatic competition, the English Olympic team of Dai Nam University has successfully surpassed 85 competing teams, officially becoming one of the eight teams to enter the Northern final round of the Non-Professional English Olympic Contest (ProE Contest 2018). The final match will take place on November 13, at the University of Languages and International Studies - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

Before the final round, the English Olympic team of Dai Nam University is actively reviewing, improving, expanding knowledge and practicing skills as well as confidence. The team members said they are ready to enter the final round and will try their best to perform the best in all 3 competitions.
The final round of the Northern ProE Contest 2018 is called “Outstanding”. The teams will go through 3 rounds. The topic of the first round is Greetings - a general introduction of the team and emphasizing the theme of the contest. The teams have a maximum of 6 minutes to perform their performance. It is known that the teams can freely create the Greetings performance in many different forms, such as: Singing, dancing, acting, etc.
In the second round, teams were challenged on social knowledge around 3 topics: Industry 4.0, Mobile Learning, English on the go. Multiple choice test format.
After 2 rounds, the 4 best teams will continue to round 3 to compete for First, Second, Third and Encouragement prizes. The third round is the debate round. This is the most difficult and attractive round of the Northern final round of ProE Contest 2018.
Sharing before the final match, Tran Binh Minh (team captain) said that the whole team was ready for this final match. “Our team is focusing on reviewing with the enthusiastic guidance of teachers in the Foreign Language Department. Currently, the team would like to keep the ideas for the final round a secret,” Minh said.
