Open letter to scientists and readers of Dai Nam University Science Journal

The development of a university does not stop at the field of education and training of people, but is also reflected in the ability to research and transfer science and technology to society. Many prestigious universities in the world are known not only as places to train high-quality human resources, but also as prestigious centers for research and technology transfer.

For Dai Nam University, after 14 years of establishment and development, up to now, the school has gradually positioned itself on the map of Vietnamese universities with 04 main training majors including: (1) Economics; (2) Health; (3) Social Sciences - Humanities; (4) Engineering - Technology. To support training, spread new knowledge and move towards international integration, we are pleased to announce to our readers and domestic and foreign scientists the birth of Dai Nam University Science Journal with 04 topics including: (1) Economics - Politics; (2) Health Sciences; (3) Social Sciences - Humanities; (4) Engineering - Technology.

The purpose of the Journal is to improve the effectiveness of scientific research, serve the training of staff, lecturers, trainees and students inside and outside the school, through publishing research works of domestic and foreign scientists; at the same time, contribute to building a reference and citation database for future scientific research. The Journal is a forum for exchanging in-depth academic issues on scientific research, contributing to linking research, training and application of scientific research. At the same time, introduce and disseminate experiences in management, organization of activities and transfer of application of scientific research achievements.

The Journal's operating principles are based on strict adherence to scientific integrity. We affirm to society that all works published in the Journal's publications must undergo serious evaluation and a rigorous review process by the Review Board and the Editorial Board. We absolutely do not accept articles for publication out of favoritism or for any other reason.

We always welcome and appreciate the participation of all scientists from universities, research institutes, agencies, organizations, etc., both domestically and internationally, in submitting research articles to the Journal. We are committed to the objectives and operating principles of the Journal, aiming to build the Journal into a prestigious scientific forum at the national and international levels.
