Online and in-person admission process for new students of K19 at Dai Nam University

Dai Nam University (school code DDN) officially announces admission for new students of course 19 (K19) in 36 regular university training majors and 5 international joint training programs.

Admission time

On August 22, 2025, the school announced the benchmark scores.

New students of K19 will complete admission procedures from August 22 to 31, 2025 in two forms.

- Online admission: From August 22 - August 31, 2025

- Direct admission (at school): From August 23 - August 24, 2025

• Morning: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Afternoon: 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Note: Direct admission time is allocated according to the major, new students need to monitor and comply with the exact admission time stated in their admission notice.

I. ONLINE ADMISSION PROCESS

STEP 1: CHECK INFORMATION & UPDATE PROFILE

New students visit website https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/ to check information and update profile.

STEP 2: PAY ADMISSION FEE

New students log in to the banking app, then scan the QR code (valid for 10 minutes) and check the information before transferring money:

Name of beneficiary: Dai Nam University

After successfully transferring the admission fee, new students will receive a payment confirmation message/email with a link to the Zalo community group for new students of the major they are admitted to at Dai Nam University.

Note: New students paying tuition in cash will pay directly to the school's Finance and Accounting Department.

STEP 3: SUBMIT ADMISSION APPLICATION

+ Upload profile photo while confirming admission

+ Send your application or submit it directly to the Admissions Office, Room 105, Central Building, Dai Nam University - No. 1 Pho Xom, Phu Luong Ward, Hanoi City.

STEP 4: COMPLETE ADMISSION

After completing all the above steps, new students will receive a text message/email confirming successful admission.

Note: After successfully enrolling, new students only need to submit their admission application on time as notified in the email or view it at the online admission portal: https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/ .

II . DIRECT ADMISSION PROCESS

STEP 1: PREPARE ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

New students prepare 01 admission file including the following documents:

1. Admission notice (original), High school transcript of 3 years of study (notarized photocopies)

2. Certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2025 (original)

3. Temporary graduation certificate (original)

4. High school diploma (notarized photo if graduated before 2025)

5. Birth certificate (notarized photocopy)

6. Citizen identification card (notarized copy)

7. CV (with confirmation stamp of the Commune/Ward People's Committee)

8. Letter of recommendation for military service transfer (for men) 

Note: New students only need to submit missing documents to the school. New students do not need to submit additional documents that have been previously submitted to the school.

STEP 2: ENROLL AT THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE

New students come directly to the Admissions Office (Room 105, Central Building, Dai Nam University - No. 1 Pho Xom, Phu Luong Ward, Hanoi City) to complete admission procedures.

STEP 3: PAY TUITION

New students log in to the banking app, then scan the QR code (valid for 10 minutes) and check the information before transferring money:

STEP 4: VISIT THE FUTURE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

New students and parents can visit and see DNU's modern learning environment on the first day of school.
