II. Functions and Responsibilities

A. Functions

The Office of Cooperation Development acts as an advisory body, assisting the University Council and the Governing Board in organizing and managing both domestic and international cooperation activities.

B. Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the website management team to publish content on the university's Vietnamese and English websites.

• Develop and submit plans and strategies for domestic and international cooperation to the University Council and Board of Management for approval.

• Prepare proposals and cooperation agreements with individuals, businesses, organizations, and companies both locally and internationally.

• Coordinate with the Administration Office to handle administrative procedures and manage inbound and outbound delegations.

• Organize and facilitate the reception of delegations working with the university leadership and academic departments on domestic and international cooperation, investment in education, training, and scientific research.

• Develop and submit proposals for hosting domestic and international conferences and seminars, led by the university or academic departments, to enhance professional expertise and facilitate knowledge exchange.

• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of hosted conferences and seminars.

• Act as the primary contact for university staff participating in domestic and international conferences and seminars, ensuring they stay informed about industry trends, enhance their expertise, and exchange knowledge in education and scientific research.

• Advise lecturers, staff, and students seeking international study or work exchange opportunities.

• Maintain records, track progress, and oversee the implementation of signed cooperation agreements with domestic and international partners.
