Based on the goals and visions of the School, the Faculty of Nursing has continuously reformed and reviewed the training program framework; increased clinical practice at hospitals for students... Up to now, the Faculty's training program has been standardized, in line with top schools in the country, region and internationally.

Under the direction of the Board of Directors and the School Board of Management, the Nursing Faculty has set the following goals: Focus on investing in training high-quality human resources for the medical industry in general and the nursing industry in particular; actively sending students to clinical practice at hospitals, promoting the goal of " hospital practice is the core task of the nursing sector".

To achieve high results in professional activities in the field of Nursing, in addition to skills and real capacity, each student in the department must have good professional ethics and love the profession. In particular, in reality, patients have the right to demand care according to their needs, so each student of the Faculty of Nursing - Dai Nam University must practice clinically and master professional skills right from when they are still studying at school.

The Nursing Department has prepared a thoughtful plan, which has been discussed and approved by the entire department, leading to a high level of consensus. The Department has developed a Clinical Practice Criteria book that includes general regulations on clinical practice, how to organize and implement it, and addresses the issue of "Professional ethics training during practice " . In addition, the Department has developed clinical practice goals that are close to reality so that students can easily understand and perform well.

Before going to the hospital, the Faculty held a class meeting to deploy specific content, thoroughly understand, motivate, divide the internship groups, assign responsibilities; assign patient rooms to students to be in charge of and monitor under the direct supervision of hospital leaders.

In order for students to be able to apply theoretical knowledge and apply it to patients, the Nursing Department has assigned lecturers to guide them on how to take medical histories and develop nursing plans for each disease in clinical departments. Students are also given techniques such as injections, enemas, dressing changes, etc.; Students are guided through clinical discussions that are regularly conducted on patients. Students are also exposed to and practice modern hospital equipment. At the end of the hospital internship, students must master nursing techniques and develop nursing intervention plans that meet the needs of patient care.

The development goal of the Faculty of Nursing - Dai Nam University is to become the cradle to train generations of nurses with good expertise and bright morals who can meet recruitment requirements not only domestically but also internationally.
