Notice: Regarding the end of training period for University students of course 5 and College students from course 1 to course 6

NOTIFICATION

On the expiration of the training period for university students of course 5 and college from Course 1 to Course 6

Pursuant to Decision No. 2217 dated December 25, 2018 of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on promulgating the regulations on organization and operation of Dai Nam University;

Pursuant to Decision No. 03/2016 dated January 4, 2016 of the President of Dai Nam University on promulgating regulations on regular university and college training under the credit system;

In terms of training time, full-time students of K5 and colleges from K1 to K6 complete their training time, including design training time and extended training time, specifically as follows:

-          University students of course 5 will finish their training in September 2019 (list attached).

-          College students from course 1 to course 6 have expired their training period (no training extension is considered)

The Training Department informs that students of the above courses (only considering university students), who are priority subjects and have special reasons (performing military service, illness, etc.) and want to continue completing the training program to graduate, must submit an application to extend the time to complete the training program for the School to consider, including:

1.      Application for extension (state the reason and attach evidence)

2.      Commitment letter for completion time

3.      Plan to complete remaining training program

Ø  Deadline for receiving documents: from the date of announcement to April 28, 2020

Ø   Application submission location: Training Department – Dai Nam University – No. 56 Vu Trong Phung – Thanh Xuan – Hanoi.

After the above time, the Training Department will submit to the Principal for consideration and decision to extend the time to complete the training program of the School. All university students of the 5th course who have not graduated and are not granted an extension will have their names removed from school by the School in accordance with current training regulations.
