Notice on removing names of students who have exceeded their training period and owe tuition fees in 2022 - phase 1

NOTIFICATION

Regarding the deletion of names of students whose training period has expired and who are on academic warning

Pursuant to Decision No. 03/QD-DN dated January 4, 2016 of the President of Dai Nam University on promulgating regulations on regular university and college training under the credit system;

Pursuant to Decision No. 42002/QD-DN dated April 20, 2020 of the Chairman of the University Council on promulgating the regulations on organization and operation of Dai Nam University;

The school notifies students who are forced to drop out of school due to exceeding the training period or owing tuition fees (detailed list) .

Students in the above mentioned category are requested to take the following steps:

a/ Contact the Faculty's academic affairs department to confirm whether you are in the above category. If there are any errors, you must immediately report to the Student Management Department.

b/ For students who want to repay their course debt, they must make a commitment to register for repayment of the course debt, study seriously through the attendance of the lecturer, and complete the tuition fee obligation. The application must present the study and graduation roadmap. There must be confirmation from parents about monitoring and reminding students to strictly implement the commitments.

- Deadline for submitting commitment is no later than 17:00, August 31, 2022.

d/ After the above time, the School will remove the names of students on the above list who do not have any applications and feedback to the Student Management Department.
