Notice on re-organizing classes for the summer semester, school year 2019-2020

NOTIFICATION

Re: Organizing classes again

To: Heads of Departments, Divisions, Centers

• Based on the 2019 - 2020 training plan;
• Based on the regular University training program in Pharmacy;
• Based on the actual situation and recommendations of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

The Board of Directors announces the schedule for resumption of classes, summer semester of the 2019-2020 school year for students of the following courses:

1. Subject : Students who are re-studying the regular university program in Pharmacy.
2. Expected course opening :

2. Implementation process

• Student:

- Step 1: Students register to study at the Faculty of Pharmacy's Academic Affairs Department and pay tuition at the Finance - Accounting Department.

- Step 2: Submit receipt to the Faculty of Pharmacy's Academic Affairs Department (photocopy).

Implementation period from July 14, 2020 - July 21, 2020.

• Faculty of Pharmacy :

- Step 1: Receive student registration information and guide students to pay tuition again.

- Step 2: Make a list of actual students.

- Step 3: Invite teachers to participate in teaching when the number of students meets the class standards (minimum 15 students).

- Step 4: Notify students of registration results and specific study time.

Note : Outside of the above time, the school will not handle any other cases .
