Notice of removal of names of students who have expired their training period and are on academic warning.

NOTIFICATION

Regarding the deletion of names of students whose training period has expired and who are on academic warning

Pursuant to Decision No. 03/QD-DN dated January 4, 2016 of the President of Dai Nam University on promulgating regulations on regular university and college training under the credit system;

Pursuant to Decision No. 42002 /QD-DN dated April 20, 2020 of the Chairman of the University Council on promulgating the regulations on organization and operation of Dai Nam University;

The school notifies students who are subject to forced expulsion in the following cases:

1- List of students subject to academic processing due to overdue training (detailed list) .

2- List of students on academic warning due to not attending school or not paying tuition (detailed list) .

Students in the above categories are requested to take the following steps:

a/ Contact the Faculty's academic affairs department to confirm whether you are in the category listed in sections 1 and 2. If there are any errors, you must immediately report to the Student Management Department.

b/ For students with academic warning: Must make a commitment to study better with evidence-based actions such as: Registration roadmap for paying off course debt, studying seriously through the lecturer's attendance, completing tuition obligations. In the application, present the study and graduation roadmap. Have confirmation from parents about monitoring and reminding students to strictly implement the commitments.

- Deadline for submitting commitment is no later than 17:00, March 31, 2022.

d/ After the above time, the School will remove the names of students on the above list who do not have any applications and feedback to the Student Management Department.
