Notice 04/28: Dai Nam University students return to school from 05/04/2020

Based on the epidemic situation after 13 days without community transmission, Dai Nam University announced that all students of all training programs will return to school from May 4, 2020.

Pursuant to Directive 19/CT-TTg dated April 24, 2020 of the Prime Minister; Pursuant to the policy of the Government and Hanoi People's Committee on developing a plan for students to return to school; Pursuant to the epidemic situation after 13 days without community transmission; Dai Nam University announces that all students of all training programs will return to school from May 4, 2020.

Based on the time spent teaching online training in March and April, the Faculties will prepare a report on the remaining time needed to teach each subject managed by the faculty (including the time needed to summarize and review the knowledge taught online and the time needed to complete the knowledge that has not been taught, both theoretical and practical) . The report will be sent to the Training Department before 5:00 p.m. on April 29, 2020.

The Training Department, based on the reports of the Faculties, develops a training plan, a final exam plan for the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year, and a graduation plan for final year students, and announces it before 5:00 p.m. on May 1, 2020. The Faculties will conduct centralized training from May 4, 2020 as planned.

The Administration Department fully equipped hand sanitizer for students and lecturers, organized cleaning and disinfection of the entire campus, lecture halls, and dormitories at the two campuses of the School to ensure a safe environment for students to return to study;

The Student Management Office and homeroom teachers thoroughly instruct students to wear masks when going to school and ensure full implementation of the Ministry of Health's recommendations on Covid-19 prevention.

All staff, lecturers and students are requested to strictly implement this notice.
