Nurturing her dream from class NH-TM 04-02, Faculty of Banking and Finance, Dai Nam University, young girl Nguyen Thi Thuy is highly appreciated in the banking sector with the position of Personal Finance Customer Specialist at Techcombank. With the success of the previous generation, she contributes to affirming the right training foundation for the following generations of students to achieve success on the path of choosing a career in banking for themselves.
Choosing to study banking at Dai Nam University was one of Thuy’s most important decisions when she first entered university because society’s reaction to non-public schools was still very heavy. Although the employment rate of graduates from non-public universities is relatively high, social prejudice against these schools is still high.
However, learning from the experience of predecessors, businesses need employees who can do the job, not just evaluate them based on their qualifications, and loving the practical training programs at Dai Nam, Thuy confidently chose Dai Nam as the educational foundation to nurture her career dreams.

Thuy chose Dai Nam as a destiny.

With the guidance of teachers and school, during 4 years of study, Thuy has achieved many admirable achievements. She won First Prize at the 2012 - 2013 Finance and Banking Student Scientific Research Conference with the topic: "Solutions to improve the quality of listed stocks on the Vietnamese stock market"; First Prize in the "INTER SMILE" program organized by Maritimebank Securities Joint Stock Company; and achieved the title of Excellent Student of Dai Nam University in the 2010 - 2014 school year.

Talking about the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Thuy shared: “ During the learning process, the Faculty of Finance and Banking organizes many extracurricular activities; Meaningful meetings such as: contacting businesses operating in the field of Finance and Banks. Thereby helping students approach and visualize part of the work, at the same time through the meetings, creating job opportunities for students ” .

“Students should proactively complete their studies at school ; enthusiastically participate in school, faculty and class activities ; always proactively seek opportunities for themselves such as: Meeting teachers in the Faculty, asking teachers to answer questions in studying as well as connecting with businesses and employers; proactively meeting businesses and employers in seminars at school as well as another school organization through information from friends, teachers, on the internet, Facebook... In particular, always try to show yourself as a professional person at all times, places, in all situations, not afraid of difficulties in studying as well as working... ”, she shared more.

Having accumulated valuable experience during her studies and active activities at Dai Nam University, Thuy was immediately hired as a Personal Customer Specialist at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Bac Giang Branch after graduation. She was highly appreciated for her confidence, agility, willingness to learn at work and experience in handling work. With initial successes at work, she gradually confidently asserted herself on her career path in the banking sector ahead.

Thuy is currently working at Techcombank Bac Giang branch.
