Perhaps in human history, there has never been a pandemic as devastating as the Covid-19 pandemic this time. Not only has it taken the lives of millions of people, it has also disrupted the economy and lives of all countries in the world, and it is unknown when it will stop. Faced with such a situation, perhaps no one else, the people who face danger every day and endure all the hardships and difficulties, are the Doctors. On the occasion of the 66th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2021), the University Council and the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University would like to send our best wishes to all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the health sector nationwide; especially the cadres, lecturers, students and trainees who are working, teaching and studying at the Faculty of Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, the graduate program in Pharmaceutical Organization and Management, and the Center for Continuing Education in Pharmacy - Dai Nam University.

Dai Nam University is a university providing multi-disciplinary training services with the core training axis being public health protection and care. The school has participated in training human resources for the health sector since 2013, attracting tens of thousands of students and trainees.
Up to now, with the regular university training system, Dai Nam is training in the following majors: Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing; with the postgraduate level, Dai Nam is the only non-public university in the North licensed to train postgraduates in Pharmaceutical Management Organization.

Accordingly, DNU Pharmacy students own a practice system that is considered the most modern today with a practice pharmacy, a medicinal garden, a separate Pharmacy Practice Center including 4 pharmaceutical chemistry experimental practice workshops with more than 50 rooms; 10 technical practice workshops with an area of 1,000 m2 meeting the standards set by the Ministry of Health for university pharmacist training facilities.

Students of the Faculty of Medicine have a complex of 14 modern laboratories located on the 6th floor of the 9-storey building. The system of laboratories includes Physics - Biophysics, Physiology, Pathophysiology - Immunology, Anatomy, Embryology, Pathology, Microbiology - Parasitology, Nursing, Preclinical Center, Nutrition... and Food Safety laboratories.
The Nursing Department has a separate practice area with modern equipment, 100% imported from abroad.
Nursing students have their own separate practice rooms right at school, arranged according to technical groups; students practice with a modern skillslap system, fully equipped to ensure proficiency in 55 core professional skills right at school.
In particular, in the development strategy of Dai Nam University until 2025, with a vision to 2030, the school is focusing all resources to build its own system of polyclinics, hospitals, and pharmaceutical factories to serve as both a place for medical examination and treatment, and health care for the people, and a place for health students to practice and intern.
