Nearly 3,000 candidates enroll: New students and parents can "dialogue" with faculties on the first day of school

On September 25, Dai Nam University (DNU) organized a direct admission ceremony for full-time undergraduate students of the 16th course (K16). Every year, the admission and welcome day of DNU is organized more solemnly, elaborately, scientifically and bustling with practical and fun activities for students.

Despite the rain, thousands of candidates flocked to school early to complete admission procedures.

This year, Dai Nam University organizes admission for K16 full-time university students in two forms: Online and in person. The online and in-person admission period lasts from September 18 to 30, 2022.

The scientific reception process helps candidates and parents not to have to wait long despite the large crowd.

On average, it only takes 3-5 minutes for each candidate to enroll.

At the end of the direct admission day, thousands of candidates successfully enrolled, officially becoming new students of K16 of Dai Nam University.

The School's hot and strong majors, such as: Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Chinese Language, Korean Language, English Language, IT, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business, E-commerce, Accounting, Tourism... have basically met enrollment targets.

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of the School directly inspected the admission process and enthusiastically guided new students and parents.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Hong added: This year, the benchmark score of Dai Nam University according to both admission methods is 3-6 points higher than previous years, with strict differentiation and selection right from the entrance stage. Particularly, the Health sector including Medicine, Pharmacy, and Nursing strictly adheres to the quality assurance threshold of the Ministry of Education and Training.

To “stir up” the atmosphere, reduce anxiety and excitement for the new students, the seniors “treated” K16 with colorful performances from the School’s Faculties and Clubs. Here, the new students were able to “witness” nearly 30 clubs/teams/groups; participate in minigames, sports activities, and entertainment such as: bamboo dancing, badminton, shuttlecock, martial arts, etc. These activities helped the “newbies K16” better understand the upcoming student life, as well as register to join the clubs they love.

Yoga and martial arts performances by members of the Faculty of Economics and Sports Marketing made a strong impression on new students and parents.

“When I came here and participated in the sideline activities of the Faculty and the Clubs, I felt that everyone was very close, friendly and enthusiastic. I believe that I will soon “catch up” with the dynamic and colorful life at Dai Nam University” , Vu Duc Anh – a new student of the Faculty of Information Technology expressed.
