More than 1,000 staff and lecturers were energized and found solutions to motivate students to study before the new school year.

The beginning of the year training is an annual activity of Dai Nam University (DNU) to add energy and positive motivation to teachers and students before the new school year. This year, the training week was designed with 04 practical topics, shared by leading experts in many fields, bringing new knowledge, new perspectives, adding energy for DNU teachers and students to confidently enter the new school year with the spirit of "change to break through, every day at school is a happy day, ensuring the goal of 100% of graduates having jobs".

The training week took place from August 5 to August 9, 2024, attracting the participation of more than 1,000 officers, lecturers and staff from the whole school.

At the topic "Action plan to implement groups of solutions to motivate students to study" - the most important topic of the training week, the School drew from more than 100 presentations of units at the previous workshop on motivating students to study the core issues for the whole system to participate in.

“In the 2024-2025 school year, all staff, lecturers, and employees must resolutely implement groups of solutions to motivate students to study. This is an urgent task, to ensure that students can immediately integrate into the competitive labor market after graduation…”, emphasized Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the School Council.

Accordingly, to effectively implement groups of solutions to motivate students to study, Dai Nam University focuses on synchronous implementation:

Optimizing AI applications in teaching and training

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching and training is becoming increasingly popular, bringing benefits beyond expectations for both teachers and students. AI not only helps analyze individual learning data to provide exercises and lectures suitable for each person's level and learning speed; creates a personal learning path, helping learners achieve their learning goals most effectively; improves learning efficiency when they can study anytime, anywhere, on many different device platforms; intelligently interacts, answers questions, solves queries, creates diverse practice exercises; supports 24/7 learning; automates tasks from automatic grading, analyzing student learning data... but also creates engaging learning experiences, saving time and costs.

At the topic “Application of AI in implementing teaching activities of lecturers”, DNU teachers were instructed by experts on how to use chatbots and write effective prompts to optimize work. At the same time, they were given detailed instructions on applying and optimizing AI for different work purposes, suitable for each individual and department.

At the topic "Vietnam's socio-economic situation in the first 6 months of the year and forecast for the last 6 months of 2024", Dai Nam teachers had a "first-hand" look at the overall socio-economic picture of Vietnam and shaped their own thinking and actions in the general context of the country.

Dr. Le Dac Son shared: “In the context of economic difficulties, we are fortunate to have a stable job, not much affected by the impact of the market.
