More than 1,000 staff and lecturers "offer ideas" to increase learning motivation and ensure employment for students

How can students realize the importance of studying, set clear goals for their studies and their future? How can students proactively build a study plan to achieve high efficiency? How can students overcome difficulties and challenges in the learning process, adapt to the constantly changing learning environment so as not to get bored with studying, drop out of school, do poorly in exams or fail to achieve results leading to difficulties in finding a job?... To solve all of the above problems, Dai Nam University (DNU) organized a workshop for more than 1,000 staff and lecturers to "suggest ideas" to increase learning motivation and ensure employment for students.

Nearly 200 solutions selected for practical application

Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the School Board: Creating motivation for students to study is an important task that requires the whole system to participate.

After nearly 4 months of implementation with the participation of more than 1,000 lecturers and staff, the Organizing Committee has received more than 500 quality articles, nearly 200 solutions; successfully organized 20 Faculty-level seminars; 01 Department-level seminar and 01 school-level seminar.

With the careful "appraisal" of the Expert Council, nearly 200 feasible solutions, bringing value to learners and suitable for Dai Nam University were selected for practical application.

How does DNU motivate both teachers and learners?

At the school-level workshop, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Hong - Principal emphasized: Dai Nam University focuses all resources to create a professional and friendly learning and working environment; creating motivation for both teachers and students.

For instructors:

The school actively implements financial support policies for lecturers to improve their qualifications; builds a mechanism to attract and retain talent, with clear employment commitments; builds a suitable salary mechanism; builds a fair evaluation and reward system for staff and lecturers. Encourages creativity, innovation, respect, cooperation and engagement.

For students:

In addition to the top priority of improving teaching quality, the school pays special attention to the spiritual life of students:
