Nursing students are very excited about the internship program in Japan.
According to Mr. Le Van Duy, to become a good nurse, to be able to stick with the job for a long time and be successful in the job, nurses need to have a solid grasp of professional knowledge and high clinical skills to be able to advise patients and assist doctors in the treatment process. The program of cooperation for nurses to practice and work abroad is one of the activities that demonstrates the determination to improve the quality of training and find output for students of the School...
With this cooperation program, students of Dai Nam Nursing Faculty will have the opportunity to study abroad and gain practical experience to improve their professional qualifications and skills. In particular, students will have the opportunity to access modern, professional medical equipment and learn about the culture of other countries to improve their abilities and life experiences.
The Japan-Vietnam Human Resources Training and Consulting Company will be responsible for advising and guaranteeing international students to receive scholarships from Mainichi newspaper when they arrive; conducting a joint internship program between Japanese enterprises and Dai Nam University to help students improve their Japanese; providing free consultation and training on culture as well as necessary skills when interning in Japan; directly introducing students of the Faculty of Nursing to hospitals and nursing homes for internships, etc.
“ Students must attend the Company’s Japanese language training course. At the end of the course, students must achieve a Japanese language level of N2 or higher to be eligible to leave the country. Students are fully supported with visa application costs, first health check-up fees, airfares, etc. and are introduced to reputable hospitals and nursing homes for paid internships...”, said Mr. Katsuhide Iwahori – Chairman of Japan – Vietnam Human Resources Training and Consulting Company.
The training cooperation programs, sending students to Japan, Germany, and Taiwan that have been and are being implemented are important premises for the Faculty to continue to promote and effectively exploit Intership programs with partners.
