Miss, lecturer Luong Thuy Linh: "There is no best school, only the most suitable school"

“When choosing a major and a school, students and parents always ask which school is the best, which is the most correct choice. In fact, there is no best school, only the most suitable school...” That is the sharing of Miss World Vietnam 2019 Luong Thuy Linh - Assistant Lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration, Dai Nam University at the 2023 Admissions and Career Counseling Day recently held in Hanoi.

Dai Nam University's consulting booth was "overloaded" with the appearance of teacher Luong Thuy Linh.

At the Festival, Miss Luong Thuy Linh, along with school leaders, faculty leaders, lecturers and consultants of Dai Nam University, answered questions about study programs, international joint training, majors, internship and work opportunities for students.

Accordingly, the “key” majors such as: Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Multimedia, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Economy, Logistics and Supply Chain Management… are the majors that have great appeal to candidates. The first time she gave career counseling to students, Luong Thuy Linh couldn’t help but feel nervous. However, with her experience, talent and intelligence, having graduated from university with honors, Luong Thuy Linh helped the students understand more about their careers and future development opportunities. From there, they can choose the right direction that suits their abilities and interests.

“Linh sees in you the image of herself a few years ago when she was researching about majors and universities. Linh knows that parents and students have many concerns and questions. Therefore, Linh is here to encourage and motivate young people. Linh feels extremely honored to be able to advise this year’s candidates with the teachers,” Luong Thuy Linh shared.

To encourage the students, the young teacher gave them many meaningful gifts such as: cloth bags with Luong Thuy Linh’s signature, Dai Nam University keychains… The young students were delighted with the thoughtfulness of teacher Luong Thuy Linh and the school. Many students said they would apply to Dai Nam University.

Bui Thi Nhu Quynh (Hoai Duc B High School, Hanoi) shared: “I am studying Business Administration and International Business. I was really worried because this is a heavy major. However, my fear disappeared after being advised and encouraged by Ms. Linh. Ms. Linh and the teachers are very friendly, dedicated and enthusiastic. I will definitely apply to Dai Nam University.”

In addition to admissions consulting, teacher Luong Thuy Linh also followed the Tiktok trend with the students of the school. Luong Thuy Linh's youthfulness, dynamism, and enthusiasm, typical of a Gen Z lecturer, attracted great attention from students and parents who came to participate in the festival.

Admission methods to Dai Nam University in 2023

In the 2023-2024 school year, Dai Nam University (DNU) will enroll full-time undergraduate students in 24 training majors according to 04 admission methods.

Method 1: Use the results of 03 subjects from the high school graduation exam results according to the registered combination for admission consideration.

Method 2: Use the results of 03 subjects from the 12th grade high school study results according to the registered combination for admission consideration.

Method 3: Direct admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the School.

Method 4: Admission of foreign high school graduates.
