Message to staff, lecturers and employees of Dai Nam University on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam

Dear teachers and colleagues,

80 years ago, with the blood and bones of many generations of fathers and brothers, our people regained independence, built a free country, so that today's descendants can hold their heads high, live in peace, study and dream.

Today, when the red flag with yellow star flutters in the " Parade, marching for the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd" , we are not only filled with pride, but also clearly see a great mission on our shoulders. Our ancestors have fulfilled their responsibility to protect the country. The task of our generation is to maintain independence through knowledge, by training generations of students who can confidently enter life, have immediate jobs, have good incomes, and have the aspiration to lead the country forward.

In any position - as an administrator, lecturer or staff - each of us is a beating heart of the country's education and training, contributing a brick to the construction of Dai Nam University, and more broadly, to the prosperity of the Fatherland.

Each of us should always ask ourselves every morning: " What have we done today so that students can truly learn and have real experiences, so that they can confidently step into life?"

It is not only a professional responsibility, but also the most practical gratitude to our ancestors and preparation for the future of our own children.

We are not working for hire - we are working for ourselves, for future generations, for the aspiration of a strong Vietnam.
