On the 11th of March, 2016, the delegation of Dai Nam University (DNU) led by Vice President Nguyen Viet Anh had a meeting with two representatives of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST)

On the 11^th of March, 2016, the delegation of Dai Nam University (DNU)led by Vice President Nguyen Viet Anh had a meeting with two representatives of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST), Dr. Ming-Lung Roger Yang, head of Office of International Affairs, and Assoc.Prof. Nai-Chiang Liou, Vice Dean of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. In the meeting, both sides discussed the opportunities of cooperation between the two universities in academic activities. Vice President Nguyen Viet Anh proposed the prospect of the 2 + 2 program for Bachelor’s degree and the English Summer Camp program for teachers and students of Dai Nam University. He expects that the 2+2 programs will be available both in English and Chinese languages. In response to the ideas of Vice President Nguyen Viet Anh, Dr. Roger Yang showed a strong support to the programs. He believes that these programs will significantly contribute to a long-lasting cooperation between the two universities. After the meeting, the delegation of STUST also had a meeting with students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and the Faculty of Information Technology of Dai Nam University. In the meeting, Dr. Roger Yang and Assoc.Prof.Nai-Chiang Liou introduced the programs of STUST and opportunities to receive scholarships from the university. Many students of DNU have shown interest in the information and prospect of studying in STUST. The students also made Dr.Roger Yang and Assoc.Prof. Nai-Chiang Liou surprised by their confidence, enthusiasm in study and proficiency in English.
