According to the latest report of the Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training, the 2015 national high school exam in Thanh Hoa will have about 45,860 candidates participating in the exam.

At examination cluster 1, there are 1,337 examination rooms, with about 3,000 invigilators who are teachers of Hong Duc University; officials and teachers of Ninh Binh high school and Hanoi Medical University. At examination cluster 2, there are 15,860 candidates taking the graduation recognition exam held at 34 locations with 810 examination rooms and 2,400 invigilators.

For the 2015 national high school exam , the organization of travel and accommodation for candidates has been carefully prepared by schools and localities where the exam sites are located, ensuring the exam takes place safely and seriously.

At the Examination Council chaired by Hong Duc University, there will be many candidates who have to travel far, so the education sector recommends that Hong Duc University coordinate with Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union, localities, and schools with examination locations to survey lodgings and provide guidance and recommendations to help candidates have places to eat and rest during the examination days.

The units that set up the examination locations are responsible for discussing with the schools where students are taking the examination at their locations about the travel plan and arranging accommodation and meals for students on examination days, helping single students who do not have means of transportation to take the examination; not allowing students to be unable to take the examination due to difficulties.

According to statistics from the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province, in the 2014 high school graduation exam, the high school graduation rate in this province reached 99.75%; the high school supplementary level reached 98.11%.

Specifically, 9,772 candidates registered to take the exam to get graduation results and university and college admissions; 1,209 candidates registered to take the exam only to get high school graduation results (mainly students at private high schools and Continuing Education and Career Guidance Centers); 3,427 candidates registered to get university and college admissions results (independent candidates).

Statistics of candidates by exam subject, there were 13,778 candidates taking the Math exam; 12,305 candidates taking the Literature exam; Foreign language: 11,152 candidates; Physics: 8,048 candidates; Chemistry: 7,071 candidates; Geography: 4,013 candidates; Biology and History had the lowest number of candidates registered for the exam with Biology having 3,840 candidates registered; History: 1,461 candidates.

According to the reporter's records, organizing the exam in a common cluster will cause many candidates to have to travel far from home and school, which will cause difficulties for poor candidates. To help candidates feel secure in taking the exam, the Bac Lieu Provincial Examination Steering Committee said it will create the best conditions for these candidates with the motto "no candidate will have to drop out of the exam due to difficult circumstances".

In particular, the province has requested localities to re-count the number of 12th grade students with difficult circumstances, policy beneficiaries, poor households, near-poor households, ethnic minorities, etc. to have timely support and assistance measures to help them feel secure in taking the exam.

According to the reporter, Hoa Binh district is asking schools to review the list of students with difficult circumstances in the district to have measures to help them. It is expected that the district will support about 400,000 VND/candidate.

Many other localities in Bac Lieu province are also implementing plans to support disadvantaged candidates in the district to take the exam smoothly.

The Steering Committee for the National High School Exam in Bac Lieu province said it has also directed sectors and localities to prepare conditions and arrange accommodation and travel for candidates and parents to be most convenient.

The 2015 National High School Exam , Bac Lieu province, belongs to the inter-provincial exam cluster (cluster 38) with Ca Mau province, held in Bac Lieu province by Bac Lieu University and Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy. It is expected that there will be 23 exam sites with over 10,000 candidates participating in the exam. The exam sites are mainly located in Bac Lieu city and high schools and middle schools located along National Highway 1A through Vinh Loi, Hoa Binh and Gia Rai districts.

The Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province said that with such a number of candidates, the province will establish a common Examination Council (HĐCT). Based on that common Council, it is expected to arrange 8 examination sites in Dong Ha city, Quang Tri town and the districts: Vinh Linh, Gio Linh, Trieu Phong, Hai Lang, Huong Hoa and Dakrong. In Cam Lo district alone, there are only more than 85 candidates registered, so the exam will not be held here but will be brought to Dong Ha city to take the exam.

Regarding the exam organization plan, the Examination Council will assign a common registration number and transfer the registration number to the exam locations. After that, candidates residing in a certain area will gather at the district or town center and take the exam there. There will be some localities with many member schools, so all schools will be combined to take the exam at one location.

According to the provincial Department of Education and Training, this is the first year of organizing the "two in one" exam, so there will be many difficulties. Regarding the organization, in addition to implementing the correct regulations, it is necessary to ensure that the exam takes place safely and on a large scale. The work of ensuring the exam questions, the organization of exam sites, invigilation, and grading has also been planned quite carefully.

For candidates, gathering at the center also causes certain difficulties for candidates living far away. However, food and accommodation are still guaranteed for candidates during the exam, so that they can rest assured to complete the exam well.

Candidates who take the exam to get their graduation results will take the exam in Quang Tri province, while candidates who take both graduation results and university entrance results will take the exam at the common exam cluster in Hue. This common exam cluster is regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training for candidates from 3 provinces: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien - Hue.

According to the assessment, the new point of the 2015 national high school exam is that it not only considers high school graduation for candidates but also serves as an important basis for universities and colleges to conduct admissions. Accordingly, this "two-in-one" exam will be convenient for candidates, because they will take the exam once but the results will be used for two admissions: high school admission and university and college admission. In addition, based on the three compulsory subjects in the national high school exam, students will study carefully to determine the fourth or fifth subject when they choose a major for university admission.

In Quang Tri province, there are only about 3,000 candidates taking the exam.

Up to now, all preparations for the exam have been carefully planned by the Department of Education and Training. Before that, when there was a policy to organize the national exam, the Department also disseminated to schools to promote review activities for students.
