In order to contribute to affirming the correct orientation of the Faculty of Business Administration and the school in innovating the curriculum, linking professional learning with social knowledge , helping students gain mature experiences from practical activities , the project "Little Sun" of the K8 Business Administration student group is one of such activities.
“Little Sun” is a project in the Project Management Skills program of the Faculty, an opportunity for students to learn and practice managing and operating a charity event project, applying theoretical knowledge into practice , creating opportunities to learn skills and practice team spirit, enhancing responsibility to themselves, the school and the community.
The “Little Sun” project was established in collaboration with the Sunnyside Foundation with the goal of organizing events, competitions, and “spiritual encouragement” games to help pediatric cancer patients and their families be happy, have more determination, and have more faith in life, at K3 Hospital - Tan Trieu - Thanh Tri - Hanoi.

In order to help children with cancer reintegrate into the community, have fun and laugh together to forget the physical pain that they are and will have to endure because of cancer, the project group "Little Sun" organized for them the program "Catch the word by the picture" at the Pediatrics Department of K Hospital, on March 31, 2017. The program made the children feel like they were participating in a real competition with meticulousness from the mobilization and team formation for the children, choosing the MC, designing questions and program space, fruit buffet party, or from small things like sending invitations to each family,...
In particular, this program with the participation of Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of Dai Nam University, Dr. Tran Van Trang - Lecturer of Project Management Skills, and many teachers and students of the Faculty of Business Administration of Dai Nam University contributed to making the program atmosphere more joyful and meaningful.
Children of different ages, from 5 years old, 7 years old to 10 years old, were eager to participate in the contest, answer questions correctly and receive attractive gifts such as stuffed animals, balloons, earpieces, story books, etc.

Although it has only been in operation for less than a month, the project of the K8 Business Administration students group of Dai Nam University has carried out many meaningful activities and completed 2 films conveying the lives of pediatric patients at K Hospital and a film about the dreams of the children here. A typical case is Ngo Hai Linh, 16 years old, the second son of Mr. Ngo Van Luc and Ms. Pham Thi Kim Thanh (Hung Son, Lam Thao, Phu Tho) who has been struggling with the pain caused by the terrible kidney cancer for the past 3 years.
Although the film is short, it contributes greatly to conveying the message of love to the unfortunate lives in society. Many media channels and newspapers have published Hai Linh's story, attracting many viewers, attention and tears of tens of thousands of people. Through this reality film, many hearts have reached out to help Hai Linh both materially and spiritually to help her and her family fight the disease.
Let's take a look at some of the images and information channels that have posted about Hai Linh's story:

Through the film about Hai Linh's dream made by a group of Business Administration students, we understand more about the pain of illness of the unfortunate children and are ready to extend our helping hands. The message that remains in everyone's heart is: "Illness and pain are not the most painful ending, we only lose when we accept to give up our faith in this life! Cherish every moment of life, of being with the people you love"
Hai Linh is being treated at K3 Tan Trieu Hospital.
“Little Sun” is one of the volunteer projects that the Faculty of Business Administration implements and organizes. Through these programs, students not only practice skills, learn and practice, and manage through real projects, but also contribute to society. Many charitable projects that the Faculty of Business Administration has implemented such as the “Green Road” Project, the “Volunteer Journey” Project, the “Sunshine of Love” Project, etc. are all part of the new subject Project Management Skills of the Faculty of Business Administration.
Through the project “Little Sun”, the group of students from the Faculty of Business Administration of Dai Nam University not only practice their own knowledge, skills and attitudes but also contribute to spreading volunteer activities in society, creating a joyful spirit to ease the pain, helping sick children and their families have more confidence in fighting the disease.
