Surprise, impression, and emotion were the common feelings of all those present at the preliminary round of Let's Dance season 2 - Gala Welcome to New Students K13 of Dai Nam University (afternoon of September 20). After a dramatic preliminary round, 14 excellent performances made it to the final round of Gala Welcome to New Students K13.

With the aim of helping new students better understand the traditions and culture of the school; the activities of the Youth Union; creating a healthy, useful and attractive playground for students, Dai Nam University solemnly organizes the program "Gala Welcome to New Students K13". This year, the Gala Welcome to New Students K13 will be held on the evening of September 26 at the outdoor stage of Dai Nam University, Phu Lam campus - Ha Dong - Hanoi.

The highlight of this year's K13 New Student Gala is that in addition to the folk dances and youthful, vibrant flashmobs competing in the LET'S DANCE - SEASON 2 contest, there will be musical and dance performances of 2 traditional songs of the school: STUDY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE and DAI NAM QUOC SU DIEN CA. In particular, the K13 New Student Gala also has the participation of guest singer Trung Quan Idol, promising to bring wonderful experiences to the students.

This year, the preliminary round of LET'S DANCE - SEASON 2 attracted the participation of hundreds of new students from all faculties. With traditional song and dance performances; vibrant and attractive folk dances, the competing teams made the judges and the audience extremely emotional, going from one surprise to another.

Students from all faculties enthusiastically responded to participate in the competition.

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal, Head of the Jury shared: “The Jury of the competition was really surprised, impressed and moved by the performances of the teams, especially the performances of the school's traditional songs. Although they had only been in school and got to know each other for a short time (more than 1 month), the students showed interest and learned about the school's traditions, quickly integrated into the group, practiced enthusiastically and demonstrated impressive talents. We had a very difficult time choosing the teams to move on to the finals because each team was impressive, professional and had its own color…”

After a dramatic preliminary round, 14 excellent performances made it to the final round of the Welcome New Students Gala. Specifically:

In the category of performing traditional school songs, the finalists included: Faculty of Language and Cultural Studies - majoring in Chinese, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Finance - Banking, Faculty of Law, joint team of Faculty of Business Administration and Faculty of Tourism.

The contest entries received enthusiastic cheers from the audience.

In the Let's dance competition category, the finalists include: Faculty of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Construction - Architecture, Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Tourism (February 13), Faculty of Tourism (April 13), Faculty of Public Relations and Communications.

Teachers and students of Dai Nam University are eagerly awaiting the performances at the K13 New Student Welcome Gala taking place on the evening of September 26.
