Lecturer of DNU Faculty of Communication appointed Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Automation Today Magazine

Mr. Tran Van Le - a permanent lecturer of the Faculty of Communication, Dai Nam University has just been appointed as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Automation Today Magazine.
Today's Automation Magazine was born on April 22, 2001, and has 20 years of experience in the field of journalism. The magazine is under the Vietnam Automation Association, with 3 versions: paper magazine, scientific journal (with ISSN index) and electronic magazine.
This is one of the important turning points in the media career of Mr. Tran Van Le and also the pride of the teachers and students of the Communication Department when having lecturers who are both experienced in research and teaching and have a lot of practical experience. In particular, the fact that lecturers in the department hold key positions in press and media agencies is an extremely favorable premise for students to practice and intern in a professional, modern, and guaranteed real-life environment for students.

As a journalist, communicator and university lecturer, Mr. Tran Van Le always wants to convey to students not only professional knowledge and professional skills but also his own practical experiences. Therefore, in his lectures, Mr. Le always shares and compares theory and practice, bringing students interesting and engaging lessons.
“Having worked as a reporter, editor and manager in various press and media agencies, I have always tried to take my job seriously and gain practical experience to best complement my teaching. In each of my lectures, I always want to share my practical experiences with the hope that they will be useful tools for students to have solid knowledge and skills after graduation,” said Mr. Le.

In an effort to bring students closer to practical activities, Mr. Tran Van Le has constantly strived during his work in newspapers, magazines, and media agencies, in which the important turning point was the event of being appointed to become Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Today's Automation Magazine.
Dr. Nguyen Quan - Chairman of Vietnam Automation Association, former Minister of Science and Technology, presented the decision to appoint Mr. Tran Van Le as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Automation Today Magazine.
With the motto that lecturers must have theoretical knowledge combined with practical experience, the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Communication, Dai Nam University always supports teachers to participate in external journalism and communication activities. This is one of the useful methods to achieve the training goal towards practice and reality of the Faculty of Communication.

Dr. Tran Bao Khanh - Head of the Faculty of Communication, Dai Nam University, Editor-in-Chief of Today's Automation Magazine shared: "In the near future, Today's Automation Magazine will be a strategic partner of the Faculty of Communication. Here, students will have the opportunity to approach, experience, and practice journalism and communication activities right from the first year, such as: photography, filming, interviewing skills, selection skills, exploiting press information, processing news/articles, editing, and producing multimedia products for publishing."
