On December 26, 2025, Dai Nam University (DNU) signed cooperation agreements with three reputable businesses: Pharmacity Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Sunway Logistics Services Joint Stock Company, and Leverage Knowledge Vietnam Co., Ltd. This event marks an important step in the university's strategy to promote training linked to businesses, aiming for the goal of "learning by doing, training linked to guaranteed job placement."

Expanding cooperation helps the school gradually build a learning and career ecosystem, in which the training space for students is not limited to the classroom but extends to a real-world work environment, closely aligned with the demands of the labor market.

When the lecture hall is no longer the boundary of learning.

At Dai Nam University, students' learning and experience are not confined within the four walls of the classroom. The training space extends to pharmacies, docks and warehouses, service businesses, and real-world operating environments with real pressure and professional standards. Students are given the opportunity to enter the workplace while still studying, to gain experience, understand the profession, and understand themselves.

There, knowledge is not just for memorization but for application. What is learned in class is placed within the specific context of work, forcing learners to think, adapt, and take responsibility. It is this process that creates the maturity that pure textbook learning cannot provide.

Businesses are entering the training sector, not staying outside of it.

School-enterprise collaboration goes beyond simply accepting internships. Businesses participate directly in the training process: sharing resources, providing feedback on programs, and working alongside faculty and students. Knowledge, therefore, is not static but is continuously updated through the practical operations of the labor market.

Students don't just "do internships to meet requirements," but participate in projects, familiarize themselves with processes, professional culture, and teamwork. These experiences help them develop a professional demeanor, work discipline, and practical work skills while still in university.

04 pillars of cooperation between schools and businesses

Based on leveraging the strengths of each side, the units agreed to implement comprehensive cooperation with a focus on connecting training, practice, and career development, through four core areas.

Firstly, the school and businesses collaborate to effectively utilize the facilities, expert teams, management experience, and practical operational skills of the businesses to serve the training, scientific research, and development of high-quality human resources.

Secondly, the partners enhance the professional capacity, teaching, and research skills of faculty, staff, and students through specialized workshops, intensive training courses, and collaborative projects linked to business practices.

Thirdly, on-the-job training and internships are expanded and standardized, allowing students to directly participate in real-world projects, familiarize themselves with professional processes and standards, and thus develop professional conduct and work skills during their studies. This is a crucial foundation that helps students not only obtain a degree but also acquire substantial professional competence upon graduation.

Fourth, the parties will enhance the promotion of their image, brand values, and social responsibility through scholarship programs, academic activities, media coverage, and community projects.

Speaking at the ceremony, Professor Dr. Luu Ngoc Hoat - Vice Rector of Dai Nam University, affirmed: "Business cooperation is not a supplementary activity, but an important component in the University's training strategy, aiming to ensure that students study in an environment connected to practice, are able to adapt quickly to the labor market and are ready for integration."

Businesses are committed to partnering.

Representatives from partner businesses also expressed their commitment to long-term collaboration with the university in training and developing human resources.

Accordingly, businesses are willing to participate deeply in the training process through internships, recruitment, curriculum updates, sharing practical experience, and accompanying students on their career journey.
