This affirmation comes from Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council during the program "Welcoming the Year of the Wood Dragon 2024 - Key Staff Training at Dainam University," held on February 18, 2024 (the 9th day of the first lunar month) in Moc Chau - Son La.
Nearly 100 key leaders participated in the training session in Moc Chau - Son La, focusing on "Deepening the Culture of Dainam University and the Strategic Actions of Dainam University in the New Phase."
During the program, representing the University Council, Dr. Le Dac Son extended New Year greetings to the key leaders and their families. He emphasized that the core leadership team is an extension of the University Council and the Executive Board in deepening the culture of Dainam University. He also affirmed the team's commitment to gradually realizing the goals for the robust development and sustainability of Dainam University.

Sharing about the development strategy of Dainam University in the new phase, Dr. Le Dac Son stated: "Dainam University is a multi-disciplinary training institution that develops in the direction of Application - Entrepreneurship and Innovation; taking the health sector as the core training axis; and taking the Economics, Science - Technology sector as the driving force in the process of change for breakthroughs."
Dainam University sets the goal of enrolling 25,000 students by the academic year 2027-2028 and reaching 45,000 students by the academic year 2037-2038. It aims to develop into a higher education institution with the highest average income for faculty and staff among Vietnamese universities.
To imbue the ideals, culture, and action strategies for unanimity towards the robust development of the university.
To achieve this, Dr. Le Dac Son emphasizes the need for consensus, unity, and solidarity among all members of the Dainam University community. This is especially crucial for the core leadership team.

Enhancing the leadership abilities of the core leadership team, including members of the Executive Board, heads of departments, offices, institutes, centers, etc., is a top priority for Dainam University.

Quality 2: The core leadership team of DNU always demonstrates two sides simultaneously: humility and determination; modesty and resilience; with a mindset of wholehearted dedication to ensuring the greatest development of DNU.
Quality 3: Determination not to waver in the face of challenges, to "give up what should not be done" and "accomplish what needs to be done." Leaders must share an intense desire to achieve outstanding results for the university.
Quality 4: They do not blame subordinates or others. They dare to take responsibility for themselves to address weaknesses and shortcomings.
