Dai Nam University actively promotes participation in voluntary blood donation

Over the years, the school's Board of Directors has commended and recognized the charitable acts of all staff, lecturers and students of the school, who have demonstrated their responsibility and affection through practical actions of donating blood to save lives. At the same time, it is emphasized that donating blood to save lives is a noble act, deeply humane, and is the responsibility and sacred duty of every person. Donating blood does not have a negative impact on health, and even has certain positive effects on the body. The amount of donated blood will be quickly regenerated by the body, serving the circulatory process. Donating blood does not take much time and effort but is extremely necessary for society.

Teachers and students of Dai Nam University are always at the forefront of movement and volunteer activities.

According to research by health organizations, currently, our country needs about 1,700,000 units of blood for treatment each year. Blood is needed for daily treatment, for emergency care, for prevention of disasters and accidents requiring large amounts of blood transfusion. Currently, only about 30% of the blood demand for treatment is met. With profound humanitarian meanings, the leaders of Dai Nam University call on each heart to be a compassionate heart, to share each drop of blood, a heart to save people, to help patients have the opportunity to live or prolong their lives with each person's precious drop of blood.

The humanitarian blood donation program "Dai Nam Red Blood Drops" will be held from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Dai Nam University - Phu Lam Campus, Ha Dong, Hanoi .
