On April 15, the Japanese Language and Culture Department of Dai Nam University participated in the Admissions Consulting Day at Thai Thuan High School (Bac Giang City). At the program, the department brought a very unique "Japanese cultural color" to nearly 500 grade 12 students of Thai Thuan High School.

Dai Nam University stands out in the Admissions Day at Thai Thuan High School.

This year's counseling, enrollment and career orientation festival for students of Thai Thuan High School has the participation of 14 universities and colleges in the North.

Participating in the Counseling, Admissions and Career Orientation Day for students of Thai Thuan High School, the Japanese Language and Culture Department of Dai Nam University provided students with useful information related to the Japanese Language and Japanese Culture major, helping them have an overview of the curriculum, tuition fees, scholarship policies, and practical internship policies in Japanese enterprises in Vietnam and Japan.

At the same time, interested students are also introduced to the faculty's commitment to employment after graduation, paid internship opportunities in Japan, exchange study opportunities in Japan... From there, it initially helps students identify and choose the major that best suits their abilities, interests and social needs.

Along with consulting activities, the Japanese Language and Culture Department also brings useful experiential activities to help Thai Thuan High School students learn more about the beauty of Japanese culture, thereby gaining a new perspective on the Japanese Language and Culture major.

The faculty's lecturers and students have spread a "miniature Japan" space to nearly 500 students from the arrangement and decoration of the consulting room to a series of outstanding activities: experiencing Japanese tea ceremony, wearing Yukata, participating in Japanese minigames, participating in the Kawaii Thai Thuan Kimono contest, .... In particular, after finding out information and participating in the programs, students also received extremely cute gifts ordered directly from Japan.

Teachers of Thai Thuan High School experience traditional Japanese costumes.

Ms. Phan Thi Thu Ha - Vice Principal of Thai Thuan High School said: "I worked in Yokohama City, Japan for 1 month. I was really impressed by Japanese culture and people. I saw the Japanese spirit in the teachers and students of the Japanese Language and Culture Department of Dai Nam University. The teachers and students were the first to arrive and the last to leave, they prepared very carefully, meticulously, and had a professional working spirit. I was especially impressed with the way the teachers and students of the Japanese Language and Culture Department cleaned up after the program ended. With what we have, we believe that the students will be educated in the true Japanese spirit, just like what I experienced during my time in Japan".

The experiential activities of the Japanese Language and Culture Department took place from the morning so that students had the opportunity to participate and be exposed to Japanese cultural values, such as: Kimono, Yukata, tea ceremony, .... In particular, the experience of participating in the "Kawaii Thai Thuan Kimono" contest attracted a lot of interested students.

Luckily, during this festival, the teachers of the Japanese Language and Culture Department helped me understand the Japanese language major and learn a little about Japanese culture. This is an opportunity to help me feel confident in my goal of choosing the Japanese language major to study."
