1. Function

The Training Department has the function of advising and assisting the Principal in organizing and managing training for the regular University and College systems of Dai Nam University. Managing student records of Dai Nam University.

2. Mission

• Plan research and develop training for formal systems.
• Coordinate with units within the school to advise the Principal on drafting application documents for opening new training majors and training targets. Develop goals, training programs, textbooks, and learning materials for the regular training systems of Dai Nam University.
• Coordinate with the Center for Testing and Training Quality Assessment, carry out enrollment work according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, specialize in enrollment documents, organize review and enrollment services, propose the establishment of an "Admission Council", committees under the Admission Council, Graduation Exam Council and committees under the Graduation Exam Council.
• Manage training programs for all majors and formal training systems.
• Coordinate lecture halls, classrooms, and practice rooms according to the schedule for training units of Dai Nam University.
• Verify and confirm teaching hours of the regular system for training units and lecturers teaching for these systems, propose payment of teaching fees to lecturers.
• Issue diplomas, certificates, certificates of learning results, student cards, certificates for students and documents related to students' studies according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the regulations of Dai Nam University.
• Conduct the work of synthesizing, collecting statistics and reporting promptly on the training of regular systems according to general regulations.
