International Business students - Dai Nam University defend their graduation on the "scene"

In addition to training in professional knowledge, Dai Nam University pays special attention to training in foreign languages, soft skills, and life attitudes to help students after graduation respond and quickly integrate into the real working environment of enterprises. Accordingly, starting from 2017, instead of writing a graduation thesis and defending it on the podium, final year students of the Faculty of Business Administration - Dai Nam University will have to participate in building and operating the Soft Skills Training project for high school students. The success of the project will be used by the Faculty as a basis for evaluating and classifying students upon graduation.

The soft skills experience program for 10,000 high school students of the Faculty of Business Administration - Dai Nam University has completed half of its journey.
With the training motto of the three legs of "Knowledge - Skills - Experience", Dai Nam University has been making every effort so that each generation of graduates can best meet the needs of society.
Following the success of 2018, the Faculty of Business Administration continues to implement the program "Soft skills experience for 10,000 high school students in 2019". Up to this point, the program has gone halfway, successfully implemented at 4 high schools including: Giap Hai High School (Bac Giang), Bac Son High School (Thai Nguyen), Tran Hung Dao High School (Ha Dong - Hanoi), Van Tao High School (Thuong Tin - Hanoi). “Directly coming up with ideas, building, implementing and running a soft skills experience project will help students systematize all the knowledge they have learned in 4 years of study; test their own abilities, perfect their negotiation, communication, presentation, teamwork, conflict and crisis resolution skills...
