1. Funtion
- Managing admission and graduate education activities of the university in accordance with the Training Regulations of Ministry of Education & Training and Dai Nam University’s regulations.
- Developing graduate study activities, ensuring the quality of the program to meet the social demand and establishing regional and international cooperation.
- Counseling for the department’s development strategy
2. Missions
- Building plans for the graduate education program and coordinating resources to conduct those plans.
- Setting regulations related to organization, management and education quality of the graduate study activity based on current regulation of Ministry of Education & Training and Dai Nam University.
- Building and executing admission plans for permitted graduate programs based on Training Regulation of Ministry of Education & Training and Dai Nam University’s regulations.
- Organizing educational activities and issuing certificates in the domain of graduate study activity.
- Organizing teaching, learning, scientific researches and other activities for graduate students in accordance with regulations of Ministry of Education & Training and Dai Nam University.
- Evaluating educational results based on regulation of Ministry of Education & Training and Dai Nam University
- Cooperating and connecting with other schools in the field graduate studies based on regulations of Ministry of Education & Training and Dai Nam University
- Advising on issues related to quality assurance of graduate programs
- Executing other tasked assigned by the principal

6. The program of Finance - Banking
The program is focused on the knowledge application directionBased on Statement No.20 and No.21 of Regulation of Master Degree Education issued together with Circular 15/2014/TT-BGDĐT on 15th May, 2014 of Minister of Ministry of Education and Training, the Master program of Finance – Banking of Dai Nam University is designed as following:
Part 1: General Knowledge: 3 courses, 9 credit (≈ 20%)
Part 2: Basic and Professional Knowledge: 13 courses, 26 credits (≈ 58%)
Required Courses: 6 courses, 12 credits (≈ 26%)
Elective courses: 7 courses, 14 credits (≈ 31%)
Part 3: Master Thesis: 10 credits (≈ 22%)
