Immediately correct errors on the exam notice

(TNO) Regarding the incorrect information of candidates on the exam notice (as reported by Thanh Nien Newspaper), on June 17, the Ministry of Education and Training sent instructions to the Departments of Education and Training.

Accordingly, the Ministry said that up to now, candidates have officially received the National High School Exam Notice. However, the Ministry has received feedback from candidates, from the exam registration units and the document collection points that there are still errors in the candidates' exam registration information.

Regarding this issue, the Department of Testing and Education Quality Assessment requests that the Departments direct the units registering for the exam and the points receiving the application documents to collect information reporting errors from candidates, compare with the original documents (exam registration form No. 1) by June 19, and prepare a report according to the attached form and send it to the Department.

After that, the Department will collect reports from the exam registration units, or directly from the candidates, classify them by exam clusters (exam councils) until June 20 to send to the Councils to edit the exam registration information for the candidates.
