“Identifying the portrait of Dai Nam University students” – A companion platform for dedicated students

The internal training program of the whole school with the topic "Identifying the portrait of Dai Nam University students and building standards for cadres, lecturers and employees" marked an important turning point in affirming the mission "For dedicated learners" of Dai Nam University. Under the direct guidance of Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice President, Vice Principal, the topic did not stop at a training session but became an important document that many units have implemented extensively and creatively in practice.

In particular, at the Department of Korean Language and Culture, this topic has been developed into an intensive training program, attracting the participation of all lecturers.

Through practical discussions, contents such as: Analyzing student characteristics; Understanding psychology and learning needs; Building the image of an exemplary teacher... have been concretized, providing a clear perspective and practical solutions for the teaching staff in accompanying and supporting students.

Dr. Tran Hai Duong - Head of the Department of Korean Language and Culture shared: "This topic not only helps us understand students more deeply, but also suggests many new solutions to improve training quality. This is the inspiration for us to be creative and accompany young people more effectively."
