Hanoi Lung Hospital cooperates with Dai Nam University to train high-quality medical human resources

Hanoi Lung Hospital and Dai Nam University have just officially signed a cooperation agreement to train high-quality medical human resources. This event marks an important step forward in developing generations of medical students with solid expertise, good skills and high professional ethics, meeting the growing health care needs of the community.
With the signed cooperation agreement, Hanoi Lung Hospital officially becomes a practice facility for medical students of Dai Nam University, along with the school's leading partner hospitals such as: Saint Paul General Hospital, Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Ha Dong General Hospital, Viet Duc Hospital, Vietnam - Cuba Friendship Hospital, Ha Dong Traditional Medicine Hospital,...
The two sides agree to take learners as the center and train learners according to their abilities; closely coordinate in building programs, plans, organizing practical training, and evaluating practical results. Students are guided by a team of Professors, Associate Professors, Doctors, and Specialists I and II.
Dr. Hoang Van Huan - Deputy Director of the Hospital committed to supporting and creating favorable conditions for medical students of Dai Nam University to practice. At the same time, he wished to accompany the school more deeply in scientific research and training to produce high-quality medical human resources.
Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Principal of Dai Nam University emphasized: "Medicine is a field directly related to human health and life. If not trained well, not connected to hospitals and reality, it will create poor quality doctors. With the companionship of Hanoi Lung Hospital, we believe that students will have access to reality, improve their skills and develop comprehensively".
Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Duc Hanh - Head of the Faculty of Medicine said: The Faculty has developed a detailed internship roadmap so that students can "stay at the hospital" all day, participate in night shifts, on weekends and holidays; helping to increase practical learning opportunities, and doctors have more time to teach.
“We hope that doctors will consider Dai Nam University students as their own children to guide and educate them to become successful people, talented, with solid knowledge and skills…”, Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Duc Hanh said.
This cooperation signing event opens a new and promising development phase in training and developing high-quality medical human resources, closely combining theory and practice, promoting the "Institute - School" relationship.
