On April 20, the inspection and supervision team of the Hanoi Department of Health inspected and supervised the organization of training and updating of professional knowledge on Pharmacy according to the provisions of Decree 54/2017/ND-CP at Dai Nam University, located in Phu Lam ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi city.

The inspection team focused on checking the facilities, training content, training time for each content and teaching methods as well as practical instructions; organization, training, updating professional knowledge about pharmacy... As a result of the inspection, the school has prepared training content and records, updated professional knowledge about pharmacy according to regulations; arranged 2 lecture halls with full teaching equipment, including computers connected to Projectors. The school also has a GPP-certified pharmacy to serve as a practice facility for students. With such careful preparation, the conclusion of the inspection team affirmed that Dai Nam University has sufficient conditions in terms of facilities, teaching content as well as lecturers to conduct training classes, updating professional knowledge about pharmacy for pharmacists.

Previously, in November 2017, the Appraisal Council of the Hanoi Department of Health appraised the application for the announcement of the training facility and updating of professional knowledge on pharmacy of Dai Nam University and reached a consensus that the application was complete and valid according to the provisions of Article 10, Decree 54/2017/ND-CP. The Department of Health also announced on the Hanoi Department of Health's website that Dai Nam University is a training facility and updating professional knowledge on pharmacy.
It is known that on April 20, Dai Nam University also announced the enrollment of training courses, updating professional knowledge on pharmacy for university pharmacists practicing pharmacy in the retail area in Hanoi and neighboring provinces. In addition to students registering at the school, to facilitate students, the school also organizes online registration at www.dainam.edu.vn . Dr. Luong Cao Dong, principal of the school, said that this training course will focus on training knowledge about the profession, legal documents and professional management of pharmacy as well as skills and techniques in pharmacy practice to help pharmacists practice in accordance with regulations, ensuring safety for patients and people in using drugs.
