Green Summer 2015 – Sharing love

The highlands and mountainous areas are areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions of the country with a high rate of poor households, low living standards and low educational level. The lives of people here face many difficulties due to natural disasters and barren land.

Understanding that difficulty, in July 2015, the Volunteer Student Team of Dai Nam University will organize the “Green Summer 2015” Campaign lasting 14 days in a mountainous commune - a place with difficulties and lack of both material and spiritual resources. Currently, the Volunteer Student Team is conducting surveys and scouting to choose the most suitable location for the Green Summer 2015 Campaign.

The team will carry out a series of programs to give to the people and children some programs during 14 days, which are: Film screening, clothes and books distribution; Helping children review their lessons during the summer vacation; Labor and contribution to help the people; Cultural and artistic exchange on the big holiday of July 27,. to share and bring joy to the people in the highland communes.

Green Summer is an indispensable volunteer activity of Dai Nam Student Volunteer Team.

Green Summer is an annual activity every summer vacation of volunteer students of Dai Nam University. Regardless of difficulties, they spend their summer vacation to go to the highland people who want to help and carry out meaningful volunteer activities.
