Recruitment position : Telesales staff

Number of recruitment : 50 people

Job Description
- Call according to available customer list
- Consulting and persuading customers to use the company's services over the phone
- Actively update customer information on the database
- Take care of potential customers by phone, regularly update company services to customers by phone
- Regular customer support before, during and after using the company's services

Request :
- Graduated from College or University majoring in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, Marketing or other majors
- Understand online communication tools such as Facebook, e-mail marketing, Youtube
- Quick, active, good communication, responsible, skilled
- Eager to learn, progressive, ambitious
- Be trained in a professional environment, learn and train soft skills, participate in the company's internal training programs for free
- Be equipped with knowledge and instructions on how to advise customers… Opportunity to become an “expert in your field”
- Be recruited as an official employee of the company after the internship period if achieving good results.

Working time:

- Full time permanent
- From Monday to Saturday morning.
- Morning: from 9am to 12pm;
